What you can expect from ZocLink, and what we expect from people who use it to share links with the world.
Last updated
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Zero One Creation, which operates ZocLink. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use ZocLink for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must be at least 13, give an email address you control and keep access to it secure. A workspace belongs to its owners. Owners decide who joins, what role each member has, and the workspace’s plan. You are responsible for activity in workspaces you own.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use ZocLink to create, share or point to anything that:
is phishing, malware, a scam, or impersonates someone else;
is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or exploits children;
is spam, or hides where a link leads in order to deceive people;
harasses, threatens or incites violence against people or groups.
You also may not attempt to break, overload, scrape or bypass the limits or security of the service. We may disable links, pages, domains or accounts that break these rules, show visitors a warning, and report illegal content to the authorities. Report abuse to support@zoclink.com.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. You give us the permission needed to host, display, redirect and process it to run ZocLink for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish, including images, logos and destinations. Custom domains must be domains you control.
5. Plans, trials and payment
The Free plan is free with the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and prices are in Indian rupees, including or plus taxes as shown at checkout. Your first paid subscription may start with a 14-day trial; you won’t be charged if you cancel before it ends. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
If a renewal payment fails, paid features continue for a short grace period while we retry. After that the workspace uses Free limits until payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted when a workspace moves to Free. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
We may change prices or plan limits. Changes to a paid plan apply from your next billing period, and we’ll tell you at least 30 days before.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep links redirecting reliably, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and request a prorated refund for the unused period.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using ZocLink and delete your account at any time. Export your links to CSV first if you want a copy. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or if required by law. When an account or workspace is deleted, its short links stop redirecting.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without removing protections you have under the laws of the country where you live. Questions: support@zoclink.com.
