No calls, no retention flows. Here’s exactly what happens when you cancel, and when we give money back.

Cancelling
A workspace owner can cancel from Settings → Billing in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your paid features continue until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the workspace moves to the Free plan.
Moving to Free deletes nothing. Links keep redirecting, and everything stays in your workspace; you simply can’t create more than the Free plan allows until you upgrade again. You can export your links to CSV at any time on any plan.
Free trials
If your first paid subscription starts with a 14-day trial, cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
When we refund
Subscription payments are not refundable for partly used periods, except in these cases, where we refund in full:
you were charged twice for the same period;
you were charged after cancelling, because cancellation didn’t take effect due to an error on our side;
you ask within 7 days of your first-ever paid charge and haven’t used the paid plan heavily;
where the law where you live requires a refund.
If we remove a paid feature you rely on, you can cancel and get a prorated refund for the unused time, as described in our terms.
How to request a refund
Email support@zoclink.com from the workspace owner’s address, with the workspace name and the date of the charge. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
